Return / Refund Process

(1) Please contact us to apply for refund on the spot or within 24hours of receiving the goods and provide corresponding photo and indicate the order number and order details, product details, etc., as well as the reason for the return or refund.

The following conditions and goods are not accepted for return and refund:
1) Goods that are not sold on our website;
2) Notify after 24 hours of receiving the goods.
3) Damage caused by man-made factors, such as improper storage of goods;
4) Customers purchase the wrong items or fill in the wrong information.

(2) If the refund conditions are met, we will arrange the refund with 14 days.
(3) The information, photographs, pictures, products, services and other materials contained and/or displayed herein is for reference only. The deviation of Weight/Size/Volume of 5% is acceptable (include packing material).

(4) Unable to Deliver:
If the goods can't be delivered successfully due to wrong or missing order information, any change of order information, the receiver’s information cannot be confirmed, the receiver can’t be reached, the goods cannot be delivered successfully at the agreed time and other issues, we cannot accept the requirement for refund and re-delivery.
The additional costs incurred by the previous conditions shall be borne by the customer.
